History

In 1950 in Novi Sad company AGROVOJVODINA is established. It was specialized for export and import trade with agricultural and food products, as well as for chemical products mostly for agriculture.  Most of the activities were including export trade. On the end of 1960, activity program is expanded on complete agricultural mechanization. In the period from 1950 to 1975, company Agrovojvodina worked with export and import trade, exclusively with agricultural programs.

In 1974, new Constitution was established, as well as new program of agriculture reform on the Federal and all Republic levels.  Based on the new documents, comprehensive integration programs started to be realized. On the end of 1974 following companies are integrated into Agrovojvodina:

1. Tehnometal
2. Autovojvodina
3.Gvožđar
4.Univerzal
5.Agrokop
6.Interservis and other

With this integration, along with agricultural, food, and chemical program, Agrovojvodina expanded their activities on:

 - Energetic
- machinery
- mechanization
- metallurgy
- technical goods
- building

In 1975, in one of integrated companies of Agrovojvodina – Tehnometal, special sector is established and it was for needs of electric material commerce. From 1975 to 1980 Agrovojvodina experiencing intensive development and becoming one of the leaders in region for export and import trade. In 1980 Agrovojvodina is transformed into Composite Organization of United Trade with Trade Organization and Basic Organization of United Trade. In the scope of one Trade Organization “Metalelektro”, along with two more BOUT, company Elnos is established.

In 1988 BOUT Elnos is transforming into TO Agrovojvodina Elnos.

In 1995 Elnos Novi Sad opening branch office in Banja Luka.

In 1996 company Elnos BL Banja Luka is established.

In 1997 company Elnos BL is privatized and it is transformed into LTD.

In 1998 Elnos BL establishing Engineering Sector with teams for Medium and Low Grid Unit.

In 2000 Elnos BL opening branch office in Belgrade – Elnos BL Serbia is established.

In 2000 Elnos BL opening business center in Doboj.

In 2001, inside of Engineering Sector, Team for Transmission Lines Unit is established.

In 2002, Elnos BL invested its firs product: UNIPLOM-universal plastic seal.

In 2003, inside of Engineering Sector, Team for Switching Equipment/Facility Unit is established.

In 2005, Elnos BL Srbija LTD opening branch office in Novi Sad.

In 2005,  inside of Engineering Sector, Team for Industrial Installations is established.

In 2006, Elnos BL opened electro-mechanical and locksmith production.

In 2006, inside of Engineering Sector, we are forming special Team for measuring, testing, protecting, and managing.

In 2008, Elnos BL formed Project Office in Novi Sad

In 2008, Elnos Podgorica is becoming part of the Elnos BL company.
