Engineering Sector
As the region's electric power system improved and was upgraded and linked to the first UCTE zone, being the leading company in this sector, in 1998 we felt the need to expand the scope of our commercial involvement and open a technical department.
Initially, the Engineering Sector had teams for medium and low voltage networks, substations (up to 20 kV) and lighting. Continuous efforts in the preceding years to develop and improve our performance have earned the Engineering a steady reputation in the market. We are known as a company with the capacity to carry out complex operations: design, installation, technical supervision, consulting and service monitoring in power transmission, management and distribution in up to 400 kV systems.
The Engineering Sector is divided into six units or teams: Project Office, Switching Facilities Team, Transmission Lines Team, Medium and Low Voltage Network Team, Industrial Installations Team, and Measurement, Testing, Protection and Controlling Team.
The Technical Department owes its prosperity to the work of a team of highly qualified experts and skilled and well-equpped technicians and its practice of using up-to-date equipment and machinery.
